Bristol wedding season
The Bristol wedding season is now underway having photographed my first wedding of the year. 2018 is now shaping up to be a very busy year once again. I have over 50 wonderful couples who have booked me to photograph their weddings in Bristol and across the south-west. I still have a little space left for a few more weddings, so if you are getting married in Bristol, South Wales or anywhere in the south-west, please get in touch soon. This year will see me photograph a huge variety of weddings. These will mainly be in the Bristol area. I will also be photographing weddings In Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and into Wales. The wedding venues will vary in style as well as location. I have weddings booked in castles, like Thornbury, just north of Bristol and Bovey down in Devon. I also have many weddings in manor houses to village halls. The huge variety of weddings I have to photograph in 2018 is one of the reason that after 1000 weddings, I still get a buzz from everyone. How could I ever get bored of wedding photography if I have never photographed two that are the same?
I am often asked how many weddings I photograph each year in a Bristol wedding season. As an average, I normally photograph around 60 weddings. The most I ever photographed was 75. I’m not sure that is a number I would be happy with every year as I have a lovely family that I like to spend time with. With so many mid-week weddings, it now easier than ever to photograph more than 50 weddings in a year. In 2017 I photographed no fewer than 10 Wednesdays weddings.
